(Approx 15 minutes cooking, 10 minutes cool down)
3 cups coconut milk
1 pkg vanilla cook and serve pudding (sugar free)
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash cinnamon
2 dashes cardamon
1/2 cup sliced fresh figs
1. Pour coconut milk into saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add spices and wisk, then add pudding mix continue to wisk just to the boiling point
3. Pour over sliced figs
4. Refrigerate for approximately 10 minutes to set.
5. Serve partially warm
