Fresh Fig Spiced Pudding


(Approx 15 minutes cooking, 10 minutes  cool down)


3 cups coconut milk
1 pkg vanilla cook and serve pudding (sugar free)
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash cinnamon
2 dashes cardamon
1/2 cup sliced fresh figs


1. Pour coconut milk into saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add spices and wisk,  then add pudding mix continue to wisk just to the boiling point
3. Pour over sliced figs
4. Refrigerate for approximately 10 minutes to set.
5. Serve partially warm

  1. This sounds DELICIOUS! I really want to try it, but I don’t know what the cook and serve pudding is and if or what we would have similar in the UK 😦 xx

    1. I forgot about that, truly sorry for that. It’s jello brand pudding, they have instant but it doesn’t hold the spice flavor as well. Any vanilla pudding that you cook will work. It’s very good and not to rich, let me know what you think.
