Roasted Vine Fresh Tomatoes on sourdough

(Approx 5 minutes prep, 15 minutes cooking time)

Ingredients

Fresh sliced Tomatoes
Sourdough bread slices
Pesto
California lemon pepper
Grated Mozzarella cheese
(Can add spinach under tomatoes also)

Directions

1. Spread pesto on each slice of bread
2. Place spinach  (if using ) then slices of tomatoes, sprinkle with lemon pepper.
3. Place in cold oven at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Take out, adding cheese and return to oven for 4 to 5 minutes to melt cheese. mom likes hers browned on top.
